DPhG-Jahrestagung 2019

Abstract Submission

The deadline of the Abstract Submission has been extended from May 31 to June 17 2019.
When submitting your abstract you accept the DPhG-Datenschutzrichtlinie (Privacy Policy).

Invited speakers should also upload their abstract using the congress abstract template (download abstract template).

The Organising Committee welcomes you to share your studies in a Poster Presentation (PhD-Students / Postdocs) or in an Oral Presentation (PhD-title required for application) at the Annual Meeting 2019 of the German Pharmaceutical Society (DPhG)
(www.2019.dphg.de) in Heidelberg (Sept 1-4; main congress starts Sept 2).

Submission procedure

There are 2 steps required for your abstract submission. Note: you cannot submit an abstract without being registered for the conference*. (If you are an invited speaker, please type "invited" in the field "Referenz-Code Jahrestagung" at step 1 "Make Submission")

  1. Step 1: Click "Make Submission" for entering your abstract details and choosing a password for uploading your abstract. In the field "Referenz-Code Jahrestagung" you have to fill in your registration number (or the word "invited", if you are an invited speaker). You will receive the reference code by E-Mail after registration to the conference.

    Upon submission, please indicate your preferred way of presentation:
    a) Poster Presentation (PhD-Students / Postdocs)
    b) Oral Presentation in one of the conference sessions (junior professors, Habilitanden)
    c) Oral Presentation in one of the two special sessions for junior research group leaders, junior professors and Habilitanden)
    d) Invited speaker
    as well as one of the given topics that best describes the content of your abstract. Participants who apply for an oral presentation agree to present a poster instead if acceptance for an oral presentation is denied.
  2. Step 2: Click "Upload File" (Submission ID and password are required; see step 1)
    Please use the abstract template (download abstact template) to format your abstract. Please use the correct style sheet described in the formatting guidelines on page 2 of the abstract template, save your abstract as word document (docx) and upload your file.
    Please note: In addition to the uploaded abstract Applicants for an Oral Presentation in the special session for junior research group leaders and postdocs have to send their CV and 3 reprints of selected research papers via E-Mail to the Scientific Committee (info@dphg.de). On your E-Mail please indicate your abstract Submission-ID.
  3. After uploading your abstract you may edit your submission (until June 17), view your file or exchange your file by uploading a newer version of your abstract (see Authors menu below).
  4. By the end of July 2019 at the latest you will be informed by E-Mail about the decision of the Scientific Committee regarding your presentation type  (Poster Prersentation / Oral Presentation).
